1. Scope

This Policy applies to the SignalVortex website, member dashboard, desktop device connection, cloud strategy workspace, downloads, and support processes. Third-party services have separate privacy practices.

2. Information collected

• Membership and login: Whop license-key verification results, membership identifiers, tier, renewal status, or Discord OAuth identity and eligible server roles.
• Website sessions: encrypted session cookies, security events, rate-limit data, browser/device metadata, and access logs.
• Connected devices: device identifier, device name, operating system, app version, last-seen time, sanitized readiness/status fields, and revocation state.
• Cloud workspace: strategy names, descriptions, settings, source metadata, account-slot labels, assignments, revisions, and activity needed for synchronization.
• Support: messages, screenshots, diagnostics, and files you choose to send.

3. Information designed to remain desktop-local

Discord passwords, six-digit verification codes, Discord browser cookies/sessions, broker tokens, and full broker account identifiers are designed to remain on the user’s Windows device. The dashboard may receive sanitized connection labels, readiness state, and limited account identifiers such as the last four characters when needed to identify a local profile. Users should never send passwords, 2FA codes, API tokens, full account IDs, or private keys to support.

4. How information is used

• Verify membership and role-based access.
• Provide protected downloads and connected-device management.
• Store and synchronize user-created strategies, source metadata, and assignments.
• Display device presence, app version, monitoring readiness, and PAPER status.
• Operate support, security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and product reliability.
• Comply with law and enforce applicable terms.

5. Service providers and connected services

SignalVortex may use Cloudflare for hosting, security, and storage; Whop for membership and billing; Discord for OAuth and user-selected source access; Dropbox or another provider for installer delivery; and supported brokers or market-data providers when the user connects them. Only information reasonably necessary for the requested function is shared.

6. No sale to advertisers

SignalVortex does not sell personal information to advertisers. Information may be disclosed to service providers, professional advisers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to operate the service, protect users, enforce terms, or comply with law.

7. Cookies and local storage

The member dashboard uses secure cookies to keep a user signed in and may use browser storage for interface preferences or draft state. Blocking required cookies can prevent login or dashboard functions.

8. Retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for membership, synchronization, security, support, legal, or business purposes. Revoked devices and deleted strategies may be retained for a limited period in backups, security logs, or transaction records.

9. Security

SignalVortex uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, device, or network is completely secure. Users are responsible for securing their Windows account, email, Discord, Whop, broker account, and recovery methods.

10. Choices and requests

Users can revoke dashboard devices, delete strategies and source assignments through available controls, cancel membership through Whop, and request access, correction, or deletion of eligible information by contacting support. Some information may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.

11. Children

SignalVortex is not directed to children under 18 and is not intended for use by anyone who lacks legal capacity to open or control the relevant accounts.

This Policy may be updated as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date will be shown on this page.
